Introduction
This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
The Organisers of the Contest are Sony Pictures and Inside Gold Coast (1/15-17 Dover Dr, West Burleigh QLD 4220) (“Organiser”) which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 12pm on Tuesday, 20th January 2026 and closes at 12pm on Friday, 30th January 2026. The winners will be drawn at 1pm Friday, 30th January 2026.
Entry Requirements
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
– Complete the competition form
– Entrants must complete all required fields in order to be eligible to win the prize. Required fields include full name, email, and postcode.
– Entrants must opt-in to both the Inside Gold Coast email marketing database
This is a game of chance, and the winner will be selected at random.
The winning entry, as determined by the Organisers, will receive one prize (supplied as an in-season double pass);
– Win one of ten in-season double passes to see Crime 101 in Australian cinemas.
The prize does not include flights, airport transfers, or any additional costs incurred.
The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 (fourteen) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
Movie tickets must be collected from the Inside Gold Coast office within two weeks of being notified. The Inside Gold Coast office is open 8am-4pm Monday- Friday and is located at 1/15-17 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads.
The winner will be randomly drawn by The Organisers and will be notified by email.
The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
By entering the Contest, each participant agrees that:
– any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to Sony Pictures and Inside Gold Coast for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Sony Pictures and Inside Gold Coast may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Sony Pictures and Inside Gold Coast with consent;
– participant agrees to receive email marketing from Inside Gold Coast
– The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Inside Gold Coast publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites or social media platforms, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest / Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
– The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Sony Pictures & Inside Gold Coast without further compensation.
