Winter might be in full swing, but The Island is bringing the Amalfi vibes to Surfers with a limited-edition lineup of curated cocktails and wood-fired pizza pairings. Think long lunches that roll into spritz-soaked sunsets, or cosy dinners with a citrusy twist, thanks to the fresh flavours of Malfy Gin.

From now until the end of August, Island Amore is taking over both The Island Rooftop and Goldie’s, serving up a seasonal menu of gin cocktails that taste like a summer fling in a glass. There’s the Elderflower Spritz (hello floral fizz), the zesty Malfy Eastside with cucumber and mint, or the punchy Passionfruit & Vanilla number if you like your spritz with a little sweetness.
