This Autumn, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast debuts a luxe Summer High Tea in collaboration with Moët & Chandon, a sparkling salute to the season.
Running daily until 30th May 2026, the experience starts with a glass of Moët & Chandon on arrival, before guests dive into a beautifully curated spread of sweet and savoury bites.
Enjoy a refined selection of savoury delights, from Honey Pumpkin with Persian Feta and Dill to Sesame Crusted Tuna with Wakame and Shichimi Mayo, alongside Egg Brioche, Prosciutto Tartine, and a Smoked Turkey Wrap. Finish with a delicate assortment of sweets, including Raspberry & Roasted Almond Financier, Lychee Choux with Strawberry Ganache, Dragon Fruit Macaron, and Champagne Glazed Cherries for a truly indulgent touch.
