Begin with a relaxed arrival on the Fountain Terrace, where considered canapés and Blanc de Noir Sparkling set the tone for the evening ahead. From there, guests are welcomed into The Fireplace for a curated degustation menu, a considered expression of seasonal produce, flame-led technique and refined flavour.
Each course has been meticulously paired with a Hentley Farm wine, meticulously selected to enhance and elevate the dining journey. As the evening unfolds, Keith Hentschke will guide guests through each pour, sharing insight into vineyard selection, winemaking philosophy, and the nuances that define each vintage.
