Our new High Cheese offering showcases a stunning tiered selection of Nimbin Valley Dairy cheeses, thoughtfully paired with artisan breads, charcuterie favourites and a touch of sweetness.

For the ultimate indulgence, the option to add a perfectly matched wine flight is available for you to savour the flavours as you take in sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the resort’s sparkling lagoons.
