Owner and chef Franz Zdesar’s journey is a recipe for success. Trained as a chef in London, working at Michelin-starred restaurants like Nobu and Hakkasan, and later co-developed the dim sum concept Ping Pong. Returning to Australia, he opened Project Tokyo in Mermaid Waters, and after its success, he then launched Agave Rosa at Kirra Beach, most recently, he’s now launched Kira Kira, a takeaway Japanese restaurant, showcasing his love for fresh and vibrant flavours.
