Christmas on Bay St

Ditch the mega malls and keep it local this festive season, Bay Street is serving up a Christmas shopping night worth wandering for. On Friday 5 December, your favourite Bay Street businesses are trading late from 4–8pm, with plenty happening along the strip.

Strange Days is going all-out with Cowboy Santa photos, flash tatties by Lefty’s Gold Coast, a Sundevil Co drinks bar, a curated mix of vintage and new gifting gems, exclusive one-night-only offers, sweet retro tunes, and plenty of sip-and-shop vibes. They’re also teaming up with neighbours Momentum Collective for a Charity Toy Drive supporting local mums and bubs seeking refuge from domestic violence (check their poster for what to donate).

Expect extra surprises from participating businesses throughout the evening, plus a Gingerbread House comp (DM to enter) and a visit from Tweed Heads firefighters at 5pm with treats for the kiddos. Round up the crew and make a night of it community Christmas energy, sorted.
