From 8pm, slip into a night of unapologetic opulence with a 6-course omakase curated by Executive Chef, Adam Lane.  Let’s toast to tomorrow with a glass of Pommery Champagne on arrival, setting the tone for a night of endless possibilities.

Expect the freshest whisper-thin red emperor, robata scallop so delicate it flirts back, and our iconic duck breast with beetroot purée and carbonated brussels. If you’re craving more mischief, head down the rabbit hole into Stingray’s Mad Hatter’s New Year’s Eve party — entry is on us.

Stingray Bar invites you down the Rabbit Hole this New Year’s Eve for a twisted tea party where curiosity reigns and the cocktails whisper “drink me”.

Our creative mischief-makers have conjured an immersive world of wonder – with live roaming entertainment set to excite, bites to delight, 5.5hrs of flowing libations, resident DJ on the decks, and Wonderland photo moments at every turn.
