Facing directly onto the bustling Orchid Avenue strip, Ms Margot’s perfectly blends the coastal vibes of the Surfers Paradise with the sleek style and sophistication of Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences.

Breakfast: A morning with Ms Margot starts at 7AM with barista made coffee and gourmet breakfast. Stroll in and find a sunny spot nearby the window to cozy up with a coffee and order from the breakfast menu.

Eat & Drink all day: For lunch and dinner, experience all-day dining which features share style tapas and larger main meals, all complemented by an array of delicious sides and salads. Available to order anytime from 11am, right through to 8pm.

The menu was designed by Hilton Surfers Paradise executive chef Kathy Tindall, who draws inspiration from cuisines around the world.

To drink, the bar showcases the award-winning Sydney Brewery Craft Beers and Ciders on tap and an impressive array of classic and specialty cocktails – you won’t be leaving thirsty but you will leave feeling good.
