Taste of Italia at Citrique

Citrique welcomes Chef Enzo from the coastal town of Khao Lak, Thailand, as he brings a celebration of Italy’s timeless flavours through a unique culinary journey from 26^th September to 9^th November. Drawing from his Southern Italian heritage and contemporary flair, Chef Enzo presents a symphony of dishes rooted in tradition and elevated by innovation.

Chef Enzo Taste of Italia A la Carte:

• Monday – Thursday Signature creations such as Wagyu & Foie Gras Ravioli, Burrata Risotto with Scallop Tartare, and Snow Fish Acqua Pazza.

Chef Enzo Taste of Italia Seafood & Grill Buffet:
Indulge in an abundant buffet with Italian-inspired dishes, including house made Parmigiana, Gnocchi with Lobster & Truffle, Ribeye Tagliata, Porchetta with Cannellini Bean Stew, classic Tiramisu and more.
