Celebrate the month of love with a refined Valentine’s Day High Tea at Citrique Restaurant on Saturday 14 February, from 12:00pm to 2:30pm.
Guests are invited to indulge in a beautifully curated spread of handcrafted pâtisserie and savouries, from warm scones with house-made preserves to delicate finger sandwiches, hot canapés and signature dishes by Executive Chef Paul Smart. A decadent chocolate buffet station adds an extra sweet touch.
The experience includes curated teas, mimosas and free-flowing house sparkling wine, all set to the smooth ambience of live saxophone melodies, for $99 per guest.
Sweet highlights include:
Yuzu mousse with lemon cake, strawberry tarts, chocolate hearts and warm scones with whipped cream.
Savoury selections feature:
Smoked salmon opera, turkey and brie sandwiches, heirloom tomato with Byron Bay cheese, and prawn cutlets with saffron aioli and caviar.
