Young Leaders Program 2026/27

Thinking about levelling up your leadership game (and meeting some seriously inspiring people along the way)? The 2026/27 Young Leaders Program is opening its doors, and it all kicks off with a relaxed info night and BBQ on the Gold Coast.

Designed for young people aged 18 to 30, this year-long program dives into real-world leadership with monthly sessions held on the second Thursday of each month. Expect a lineup of high-profile guest speakers covering everything from purpose and emotional intelligence to business, politics, and the ever-evolving digital landscape. It’s not just talk either, the program blends practical skill-building with big-picture thinking, plus opportunities to connect, grow and get involved in the community.
